What makes the world go round is an endless question conjuring within our minds whether we acknowledge it or not. Every action taken has a great why behind it and every business, relationship, every single partnership has an intention, a focal point - the why for doing and pursuing the direction in which they do - trueee, right? Success relies on it. It’s almost like a test. To watch your flow and the dedication behind it all. Think of Apple. Google. Amazon. Or even your most prized friendships - the why fuels you to act in favor of something beyond, right? All greatness has an amazing why to fulfill a need. Can we all agree? 👍👎 😉

To think of what I have desired as an individual growing and becoming the woman I am today, it was all dedicated to my wanting to connect others and hopefully being the source and force in which to do so. You never quite understand what that may all entail when you, well me, as I once jotted down my thoughts along my lined journal pages on numerous of occasions as a teen, a young adult in my twenties, attempting to find my way. Attempting to predict the steps to get to happy. You know how that goes. #thestruggle

I think or rather REALLY believe there is a true feeling that resonates within us all directing the essence of our movements. Our thoughts. Your well being. Your truth. Your wants. Your needs. You will come to understand the direction in which your world turns as a direct result influenced by all your senses and experiences in the past, present and future. All those experiences combined; people you’ve met and pain felt, helps to define your why. If you brave your way to only focus on the present though, realizing everything had a reason and lesson - something miraculous happens. The connection to self is made, resulting in the connection to others and the why sounds off like an alarm ringing at the perfect time.
Stay woke, they say. Stay present, I say. Stay in the graces of the why.
My why? Let me explain.
It is to be...the connection. Like a Meetup group in one person hah. An intro to others near and far. And guess what? I’m pretty good at it. Maybe ask some of my friends :) The best part though? My job at Social Scene allows me to do it all. Better than a job, but a lifestyle. An energetic approach to create - memories, connections and relationships...truly. It’s like the skills developed in all of my life have led me to this place, and I feel it.

The point?
