As the holidays are in full swing, the question to your night out on the town is: where should we go, how do we get there, and what will it be like??
At Social Scene, we aim to solve these issues, while providing an environment for you to meet some great people along the way! We like to follow the rule “options & access” with all of our events and why, this year, your bar crawl should be on wheels!

What do we mean!?
Well in 2009, before we were an idea to provide fun nights out on the town with friends, other amazing people, venues and brands, we too were stuck!
It was Halloween, out with my then girlfriend Lindsey, catching a cab (Lyft was not the force it is today) and heading to our first bar. We arrived, waited in line, got in, waited at the bar, got our drinks and then….. we could not move! We decided to chug our drinks, round the crew, and onto the next venue.
But where?
We got you covered.
Ok, we figured it out, on our way to the next spot and we see a line, we wait, we arrive, we wait, we order, we finally drink! Ahhhhhhh!
When Social Scene (formerly known as My Drink On) kicked off in November 2010, we knew we needed to solve some issues in the market and make the experience better! It took some time, but in March of 2012 we created the St Pats Trolley Crawl that had 4 stops and 8 trolleys!
Each trolley would stop at the same venue for 1 hour, everyone would get off and at the end of that hour, we would have the ever enjoyable task to get all 300 drunk leprechauns back on the trolleys, at once! This day was so much fun, but not very practical.
Fast forward to 2012 Halloween Trolley Crawl creation, with our backs against the wall, literally $8,000 in the bank and the boat party that we did for New Year’s now canceled because US Marshals pulled it out of the water.
We had to make a move and decided on a new spin for the trolley crawl, "hop on hop off"; we decided the issue with the St Pats event was that we needed to find a way to allow people to come and go as they please. So we followed the lead of many bus tour companies with their hop on hop off model, but instead of landmarks, we were going to use bar clusters!
This way, we did not need to call everyone to leave at once and we could still solve many of the issues of where to go, how to get there and make it easy to meet fun people! Of course, it was going to be fun, we are My Drink On (now Social Scene)!

Where do we go?
Social Scene works with 4-6 venues on New Years and 6+ venues on St Pats and Halloween to provide you options on where to enjoy your day/evening!
How do we get there?
Of course via trolley/shuttle or limo bus, is there any other way to travel!?
Trolleys or limos arrive every 15-20 minutes (traffic pending) and people load and unload to go to the next destination. Some people stay on the vehicles and wait for the following stops while having fun with people on the ride! There is always one continuous loop and we provide a site map to show you addresses and stops!
What are the perks?
Because we have grown a great following through the years, we are able to negotiate drink specials & gift cards towards food & drink on St Pats & Halloween and on New Years drink specials with a midnight champagne toast!
Who is all coming?
Social Scene promotes an all-inclusive group of people, we feel this is the best group of people! We sell tickets on Besocialscene.com with 80% of our demographic being 25-35 young professionals, though all ages welcome (21-110, we mean it)! We have found the internet brings out a fun, friendly and good looking group of people….who would’ve thought!?
