We stumbled on an article in Cosmopolitan by the brilliant @KTschreib , (Katherine Schreiber, co-author of The Truth About Exercise Addiction) and thought we’d share the good word!

Your new best friends at The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU)  have this nifty little study  on acute myocardial infarction (AMI) somewhat validating all your debauched way of acting, and deplorable late night life choices!

Turns out a little tipple (keyword little) not only helps you celebrate that it’s 5:00 somewhere, but also may lend a helping hand to improved overall health!

Out of all study participants, those who consumed 3-5 drinks per week had a lower risk of heart failure and were less likely to experience a heart attack than those who abstain all together.

So now there's really no excuse, you really need do that cocktail! And if you’re trapped under something heavy, there’s always Saucey!

Spend a trip in Dublin and have a good nights sleep. It may be just what you need. Enter below for a chance to win a trip for 2 to Dublin for St Patrick's Day!

Of course, you might think this is only for consumers of wine.  If you’re worried your preference for a meticulously crafted G&T leaves you out in the cold, fear not! This astonishing scientific revelation applies to beer and liquor too, so regardless of your flavor, you too can reap these incredible benefits.

Get out there and throw ‘em back - but be aware, benefits to your ticker are only earned within the 3-5 drinks per week range.
