Aviation American Gin takes inspiration from taking flight and air travel.
1. Aviation American Gin
First on the list is Aviation American Gin, a brand inspired by aircrafts and taking flight. It has an amazing story of how bartender Ryan Magarian fancied gin mixes from pre-Prohibition era. This growing interest in classic cocktails, then characterized as spirits that are never masked, resulted in establishing the line with the nation’s best distillers. He literally flew from Seattle to Portland to unmask the brand known as Aviation American Gin today.

“Our vision was to take classic cocktails and then source the best ingredients from around the world to properly balance them. These drinks were not created in the boardroom, but instead come from people who have dedicated their life to hospitality, the study of spirits and the history and art of bartending,” Crafthouse Cocktails official website reveals.
