2. Isanti Spirits
Isanti Spirits' Creations
Isanti Spirits in Isanti County is owned by punk rock musician, Rick Schneider, who incorporated his creativity into making his own spirits. This brand creates unique flavors and character with the use of hand-selected Minnesota-grown ingredients.
It’s use of Minnesota's fresh water, and experimental distillation for their Rye Whiskey, Sunken Bobber Bourbon, and Tilted Cedars Gin is something to be favored. A row of artisanal craft spirits made by J. CarverWith passion and creativity comes J.Carver, a maker of fine and distinct craft spirits made with fruits and grains grown in Minnesota River Valley. Born in 2012, they have already made some impressive liqueurs, some made with grapefruit, sour cherries, or bitter orange; and gin crafted with 22 botanicals.
In an article published by Lakeshore Weekly News, J. is also undergoing byproduct repurposing as part of their environmental awareness. This means that they installed an equipment to recycle the water they have used which is often used as animal feed.

4. Panther Spirits

Thanks to Panther Spirits, Minnesotans can now taste aged whiskey crafted legally in their hometown, the Minnesota 14. It is made with Minnesota grown corn, tempered by the Minnesota climate, and aged for four years.

Panther Spirits has been producing great spirits for Minnesota since 2011, and using charred American White Oak barrels for aging to make spirits the highest quality possible.
5. Rock Filter
Rock Filther Distllery's Organic Fence Jumper Bourbon Whiskey
Owner and founder of Rock Filter, Christian Myrah, a former navy combat fighter pilot, is now the head distiller at a small-batch craft brewery in Spring Grove, Minnesota.
He’s also responsible for raising all the organic grain used in their products, at their 350-acre family farm. They’re known to experiment with lesser known grains, crafting products such as their organic bourbon and organic rye whiskey.

Tattersall's pride and joy
If you love drinking craft spirits in the Twin Cities, then at some point in your life, you should taste Tattersall’s finest crafts spirits. It’s an award-winning micro-distillery located in the heart of NE Minneapolis.
